Yesterday was a really awesome last day in Switzerland. We went to the Botanical Garden next to the United Nations for a continental brunch. It’s a good thing I have limited access to chocolate croissants in the U.S. Those things are dangerous!
In the afternoon we went to Gateways Beyond, a community house of prayer. It was a small gathering of about 30 people in a finished detached garage. The room was full and it was warm! Crazy enough, a couple from Denver, Colorado were there to speak and pray for us. Jim Rogers is a man who I understand has taught at Bethel Supernatural School of Ministry. He shared four testimonies of times he had prayed for people and they were raised from the dead! That was insanely encouraging! He prayed for me and I got the chance to talk to him about the revival and awakening that is going on in our community.
From there, we left and went to the church where we would have a service to pray for and bless the youth coaches who served at the Kids Games. I found out on the way over that I would get to lead worship. Sébastien led worship with me since many of them were French speaking only. The excitement and enthusiasm in worship was really intense. It was some of the best worship I have experienced in a while! We had a time of praying and prophesying over people as well which was really powerful.
The rest of the evening was spent hanging out with my new family before I packed to leave. I really love those guys. They are absolutely amazing and really love well. This morning we got to the airport and had breakfast and prayed before I left. So now I’m on my way home! Hopefully this will be a chance to get caught up on some sleep!
